Information Control Center (aka Attendant Console)
Information
Control Center's unique user interface provides access to

Control Center works in both single- and multi-node configurations

CSTA Translator - CRM Integration
This
CSTA Translator application allows Inter-Tel to participate
in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) market by integrating
the Inter-Tel platform with a CRM database software application
in order to maximize telephony features such as screen pops,
outbound dialing, etc.
Desktop
SoftPhone - PC Interface
The
Desktop SoftPhone is an application that provides a graphical
user interface (GUI) that looks like an Inter-Tel Display
Phone installed directly on the system. It allows for full
control of the phone from a PC and provides programmable keys
for easy access to the features.

TAPI Service Provider
The
Telephony API (TAPI) provides a common interface for Windows-telephony
applications to access various telephony services and devices.
Inter-Tel
TAPI Service Provider with Screen Pop
The
Inter-Tel TAPI Service Provider with screen pop allows for
outbound calls as well as incoming screen pop. The screen
pop module currently supports Outlook®, Maximizer®,
TeleMagic®, ACT!™ and GoldMine® only. These
areas are located in CT Applications.
