3-Hour Uptime Guarantee: 24-Hour Emergency Service, 7 Days a Week

Tele-Verse Communications, Inc. guarantees emergency service within one to three hours for all Mitel phone systems. In the event of a complete phone system malfunction, TVC will have the customer’s phone system operational within three hours. This guarantee is in effect twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year and includes parts and labor.

Certified Installation Technicians
Tele-Verse Communications, Inc. takes pride in using only Mitel certified technicians to install and maintain all business phone systems. Team members also have CTP certifications. That allows Tele-Verse Communications, Inc. to differentiate in the marketplace, and distinguish themselves to customers in their ability to support convergence solutions. CTP increases customer satisfaction and retention.

Customized Phone System Programming
Telephony programming specialists are assigned to evaluate the specific communications needs for each customer. They design sophisticated, cost effective solutions that maximize the phone system capabilities. To ensure complete optimization, this service will be provided, at no cost to the customer, for an additional 90 days from the installation date.

On-site Corporate Training

Tele-Verse Communications provides FREE “just-in-time” training for 90 days on all purchased phone equipment and telecommunications software. Training is customized based on customer needs. The training department conducts user-friendly on-site classes, coaches and assists employees during hands-on operations.

In-house Technical Support- "Tech-On-Demand"
A team of experts, using the latest technologies, can remotely diagnose issues on any supported phone system. Tech-On-Demand is used to troubleshoot and repair customers phone system problems without having to send a technician on site.

Complete Liaison Coordination with Telephone Company
Tele-Verse Communications, Inc. can arrange for both voice and data lines to be installed or moved. The technical team will monitor the transition to the new telephone equipment.

Programming Changes
TVC customers get special discounted pricing for phone systems programming changes. This service is dedicated to customers that need advanced programming for hunt groups, auto attendant etc.
