the President:
I wanted to write to you to express my appreciation for
the hard work and support I have received from your staff
over the past several months. Starting with Dan and our
first expansion project in October, to Anthony Paone and
Mike and Nick during our most recent expansion, we have
received nothing but hard work and cooperation.
These expansions have been difficult for me to coordinate
with management continually changing their minds about
layout and plans. Anthony and the rest of your staff have
been able to handle any changes quickly and effectively
and pleasantly! It has been a pleasure to work with them.
Every time we had another change, I would approach them
with hesitation, but every request was met with a positive
attitude. From the difficult and dirty jobs in the plant
and in the basement, to the cramped workspace in the computer
room, all of our needs have been met. Several
times, things came up at the last minute that were not
part of the initial work order but were critical items.
Your staff was always able to accommodate our requests
and make the impossible happen. I look forward to our
continued working relationship.

Dear
Mr. Paone:
I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the
excellent work performed by one of your technicians, Michael
Ross, in upgrading the telephone system in our Cranford
office. He was well-prepared, met all our requirements
without argument, and handled the transition from old
system to new with the absolute minimum of disruption
to our normal business operations. Things went so smoothly,
in fact, that many of the users were not even aware that
the changeover had occurred."
During the eight years of my relationship with your company,
Tele-Verse Communications has always bucked the industry
trend by providing excellent customer service. The high
level of courtesy and professionalism shown by Mr. Ross
were an outstanding example of that excellence, and he
has my gratitude.

Dear
Mr. Paone:
It is with a great sigh of relief that I write this letter
of praise for Dan Force and Bill Nolie. Relief in knowing
that after months of research and evaluation, I have made
the right choice in choosing Tele-Verse as our telecommunications
company. There are many vendors out there that sell the
Inter-Tel phone system, but the outstanding level of service
we have received from your entire crew that was involved
with our project puts Tele-Verse head-and-shoulders above
the other vendors.
I want to specially commend Dan Force and Bill Nolie for
their outstanding customer service and great work ethic.
They did a superb job with the project as a whole, but
they really came through for Tiger at a very critical
moment during the switchover to our new premises. At a
moment when it looked like our data and voice provider
(along with Verizon) had dropped the ball, and it looked
as if our data/voice T’s, and our POTS lines
Would not be operational in time for the scheduled switchover,
Dan and Bill went above and beyond the call of duty and
intervened on Tiger’s behalf. They were able to
get the other parties back on track, and it is solely
due to their involvement and extraordinary efforts that
all of our services seamlessly switched over and came
online exactly as it had been scheduled. In
closing, I would like to personally thank Dan and Bill
for doing such a fantastic job with the cabling and
the whole phone system, and specially for helping Tiger
out in a difficult crisis. They have represented Tele-Verse
extremely well, and it would be my pleasure to serve
as a customer reference for Tele-Verse if needed.

Dear
Frank,
Just wanted to let you know that LoBo & Petrocine
and myself in particular, continue to be extremely pleased
with the outstanding service we receive from all the Tele-Verse
personnel; from the office support to the sales department
to the on-site technicians and trainers. Over
the past two weeks, LoBo & Petrocine has been involved
in purchasing a new phone system. In the sales department,
Owen Haave was helpful and so very patient in explaining
the different features and products to me. He expedited
our installation and cut over and even arranged for
a technician to install an interim Rhedorix card to
hold us over until the new system could be installed.
Technician Michael Ross and his associate technician,
Brian, worked efficiently and professionally to get
our new system functioning with as little disruption
to our daily routine as possible. They were both very
thorough in assuring that they would spend the time
to get our staff acquainted with the new system and
even helped our receptionist record new mailbox messages.
Pat
Grieco was instrumental in walking myself and the receptionist
through the administrative functions of the system,
as well as making informative presentation to the entire
office to fully illustrate the new system functions.
She was thorough and helpful and very patient. My overall
assessment of Tele-Verse is that everyone who works
for you is a quality employee with knowledge of their
fields and a wonderful attitude as well. It’s
always a pleasure to deal with Tele-Verse and your high
level of service is appreciated.
